You can follow one of two methods below:
In Freshsales,
Go to Admin Settings > Email Settings
Now add your sales email addresses to the Team Inbox.
In Gmail,
Go to Gmail > Settings (gear icon)
Under the Accounts tab > In the Send mail as section, add the email address that needs to be created as alias.
Once the alias is verified, go to Freshsales - Click on your profile picture on top right corner > Connect Email > Remove the integration by clicking on the trash icon and reconnect Gmail once again.
Now, try composing an email and check if the alias addresses are appearing.
Special characters will not be supported for placeholders.
Update the field name without special characters and add the placeholders in an email template.
The following are the possible reasons:
1.Check if SPF and DKIM are configured
2.Check the validity of the SPF and DKIM records configured
This may happen when Strict Transport Security is enabled. Try the following to stop receiving error messages:
Click on Leads / Contacts > Choose "All leads" in List view
Click on Filters > Enter "Email Status"
Choose Invalid / Bounced.
By doing this, you can find the list of all leads or contacts where the email status is either invalid or bounced.
In a smart sequence, the sequence would run only every 2 days as per the configuration. After the first run 1000 emails were sent and now on the next run the sequence will execute the second step. Once all the 4 steps get executed, the remaining emails from step 1 will be sent and in further runs, the remaining emails of all the steps will be sent.
We cannot keep tags as the entry condition in sales sequence, but you can add a filter for tags in list view, add all those leads manually into the campaign.
Out of the 500 leads, only 440 leads were unique and the remaining 60 leads were duplicate entries. In the sales sequence, if “exclude duplicate leads from the campaign” option is checked, then duplicate entries will be skipped.
You have set the “step condition” for the 2nd step as “if not opened” AND “if opened but not replied”. This will not work because both the conditions cannot be true. You need to change the condition to ‘OR’
Template subject should not contain any special characters like ( @,#,$,%,&,*,|,{, etc…) and smiley symbols.
Click the checkbox Add lead to sequence to choose from default and created list views from the dropdown.
In the exit criteria you will have a checkbox which will allow you to remove the leads from sales sequence once the customer replied to the email.
