Bulk email

By default, every page has only 25 records displayed. You can change the number of records displayed on a single list view page by scrolling to the bottom of the page and choosing the number of records per page. You can choose to display a maximum of 50 records per page

Yes, when you close the personalized bulk email overlay, bulk emails would be saved as a draft, however, the personalized content will be present only for the next 24 hours.

This could mean that the leads have replied to your account just by viewing only the subject or they could have sent emails right after the mail was sent and thus becoming a thread and is shown in replied metrics
