I'm trying to perform a bulk update for leads, but it lets me select only 25 records. Am I doing anything wrong? I'm not able to select more than 25 at a single go.

By default, every page has only 25 records displayed. You can change the number of records displayed on a single list view page by scrolling to the bottom of the page and choosing the number of records per page. You can choose to display a maximum of 50 records per page

To perform bulk update, save the view as shown below:

Saved view lets you choose all the leads filtered,
