I sent Bulk emails to 100 leads. There are 0 opens and 0 clicks but there are 20 replies in the Bulk email metrics. What is the logic here?

This could mean that the leads have replied to your account just by viewing only the subject or they could have sent emails right after the mail was sent and thus becoming a thread and is shown in replied metrics
