You can create new accounts while adding/editing contacts

1. Click on the below icon and add a contact
   
   
   
   

2. Add the relevant contact details along with the Account name that you want to create
   
   
   
   

3. You will be prompted to enter the mandatory fields of the account. 
   
   
   
   

4. You can also create an account while editing a contact, where you will be prompted to enter the account’s mandatory fields.
