Freshsales gives you the flexibility to clone workflows. You can make minor changes on top of the existing workflow conditions to create a new workflow that can be used privately or shared with the team.

To clone a workflow, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin Settings > Workflows.
2. Click the button associated with workflow that you wish to clone. You will be presented with the options to
   Edit, Clone or Delete the workflow.
   
   
3. ClickClone. This creates a clone of the workflow and opens a new workflow page where you can make changes on top of the existing workflow conditions.
