As with any library installation, there is always the fear that it might not have been installed properly. You might want to know, if the library is collecting data from your website/web app and pushing the same to the corresponding records in your Freshsales account. You can find the status of the library installation and also know when the last event was received in your account through the library.

Here’s how you do it,

  1. Login to Freshsales as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Admin Settings > Integrations > Freshsales for Web.
  3. You can find the list of libraries available in Freshsales. You can also know which library pushes data from the browser and which library pushes data from the server. If you’ve installed the library successfully, then you’d find a Show code button beside it. Under this button you’d be able to view the status of the integration as “Receiving events”. You can hover on it to know when the last event was received from your website or web app.

  4. Click Show code.  You will see a success notification with the last event time.
