You can capture website visitors as leads directly into your Freshsales account using Freshsales for Web. Once you’ve installed the library on your website, you’d get your visitors as leads when they fill a form on your website. You can also track their interactions with your website such as the pages they've viewed, whitepapers downloaded etc. in their Activities timeline.  

Here’s an example of how website visitors are added as leads in Freshsales. 

Here's how you do it, 

1. Login to Freshsales as an Administrator.
2. Go to Admin Settings > Integrations > Freshsales for Web and choose a library of your choice.
3. Copy the snippet and paste it in the HTML header of your website.
