You can set custom limits by navigating to Admin settings > Roles inside Freshsales. However, there is no specific limitation inside Freshsales and it depends on the credits available in your service provider’s end.
While getting an incoming SMS, you will be getting a notification on the bell icon at the top right corner in Freshsales. Please ensure that the leads or contacts have been assigned to a specific owner since the corresponding owners will be notified about the incoming SMS.
There are scenarios when the integration needs to be disconnected and reconnected if you purchase new numbers with our service providers.
