Workflow in Freshsales allows you to automate certain actions as soon as an event trigger occurs or at a specific date/time. You can automatically update field properties, send email alerts, create follow up tasks and also send notifications to third party apps via webhook based on certain criteria.
Workflows based on date time are available from the Estate plan.
The execution section should be “when the record is created or updated” and run “recurrently for same records” as this would be a repeated activity.
Add a condition for Lead /Contact /Deal if the last contacted mode is replied.
The action should be send email to owner, where we can create a custom template to notify the users about the reply email.
The record should have an owner assigned for this to work.
