As your business grows, so would your number of leads. Given the expanse of available leads, the option of sorting them alphabetically would come in handy. Now, Freshsales comes with this feature.

To sort leads alphabetically, follow these steps:

• On the leads list view page, go to the column header by which you wan to sort.
• On clicking the header: Name the records get sorted in "Ascending"or "Descending" order. 
• With every consecutive click, the sort toggles between ascending and descending.
• While sorting alphabetically, you can spot duplicates and eliminate such leads then and there.
