Why are my links sent via Freshsales email throwing error messages?

This may happen when Strict Transport Security is enabled. Try the following to stop receiving error messages:

  1. Exclude the sub domains from strict transport security.
  2. Contact your website provider to write the script in a way that the tracker link appended by Freshsales is being accepted in the website.
  3. Disable tracker.
