Desktop notifications notifications on Freshsales allows you to receive notifications when you are not on the Freshsales tab. This is helpful when you are juggling multiple tabs amidst your work. Here’s how you can activate them:

1. Click the bell icon  on the top right corner of your Freshsales application.

2. Click Settings. This opens up a menu where you can configure your notifications.

3. Click “Enable Desktop Notifications.” Your Chrome browser will show a pop-up requesting you to grant access to show Desktop notifications.

4. Click “Allow” to receive desktop notifications. You are set. You will now receive notifications from Freshsales on your Desktop.
