Freshsales gives you a set of out-of-the-box reports to help you get started with reporting. You could use any of these templates with minor changes to create a similar report for your team alone. Or, you might have created a set of reports that you need to replicate for each team or each region.


You can create these new reports by simply cloning an existing report and making the necessary modifications.


To clone a report, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Freshsales and click Reports

  2. Open the report that you want to clone

  3. From the dropdown options (as shown in the screenshot), select “Clone report”

  4. This will create a copy of the report. In the copy, make any changes needed in the name of the report, filter conditions or any other properties

  5. Click Save




Note: If your original report has a schedule created, this schedule will not get cloned.
