Freshsales offers standard reports and customizable reports for users from Garden plan onwards. These reports give you a visual representation of the progress of your leads and deals through your sales funnel. For example, if you've had 100 leads sign up in a month, you can see how many, out of the 100, have qualified to become contacts, through each lead stage. Also, you can fine tune the results of the report with the help of filters if you'd like to view granular details. Say you'd like to generate a report for the deals belonging to a specific industry, you can use the field Industry and filter the deals in the report to find only the desired deals.
Leads report
- Login to Freshsales.
- Click the Reports tab and select Leads from the drop down.
- This report displays all leads by their
- Stage
- Stage and Source
- Stage and Owner
- Stage and Territory
- Stage and Business type
- Stage and Industry type
- If you'd like to narrow the results in your report, you can filter them by choosing a time period, by lead stage, owner, industry type and also by their business type.
- Click Run report to generate the report with the filter.
- Login to Freshsales.
- Click the Reports tab and select Deals from the drop down.
- This report displays all deals by their
- Stage
- Stage and Source
- Stage and Owner
- Stage and Territory
- Stage and Deal type
- If you'd like to filter the results in the report, you can filter them by choosing a time period, by source, owner, deal stage and type.
- Click Run report to generate the report with the filter.
Note: Standard reports cannot be edited or deleted. |
