How to update your profile information

To update or add user specific information such as First name, last name, phone and password, please follow below instruction

  1. Click on the profile picture and click theicon.

    This is the Edit Profile icon. Clicking the icon takes you to the Freshworks Accounts page where you can change user-specific information.

  2. Hit Save Changes once you've done the required changes.

Note: If you are part of other Freshworks product, the changes made here will be reflected in other products too.  


To update user settings such as preferred pipeline and timezone, please follow below instruction:

  1. Click on the profile picture and go to Settings.
  2. Click on Other Settings tab on personal settings page. Here you will able to update your timezone and preferred pipeline.


  3. Hit Save when you're done


Your user settings (Timezone and preferred pipeline) can be edited by your account’s admins under Admin Settings > Users > Edit as well.

Your user settings (Timezone and preferred pipeline) can be edited by your account’s admins under Admin Settings > Users > Edit as well.
