How to set an appointment in a different time zone

Whether your prospects are in your country or half the globe away, you can set an appointment for them in their time zone  and have it converted to the equivalent time in your timezone for your convenience. This allows not just the attendees, but anybody viewing the appointment to know when the appointment is scheduled with little to no confusion. 


Here’s how you set one:

  1. Click Add Appointment (to add a new appointment) or Edit (to edit an existing appointment) from the My Appointments & Tasks tab. You can alternatively go to the details page of the lead or contact and do the same.
  2. In the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment overlay, pick a date and time for the appointment that is convenient for the lead/contact.
  3. Select the time zone of the lead/contact attending the appointment from the Time zone drop down. 
  4. Click Save.
