Integrate your website and web app with your Freshsales account to capture website visitors as leads and contacts, tracks their activities, pages viewed and update their information in real time in Freshsales. An Event in Freshsales refers to your customer’s interaction with your website.

With Freshsales Event Tracking you can 

  • Capture website visitors as leads or contacts in Freshsales

  • Track their page views

  • Track their activities as events

You can push events to Freshsales using Freshsales for Web or Segment integration.

Once you've started collecting events in Freshsales, you can filter your leads or contacts based on the events they’ve performed. 

Here's how you can filter leads by events.

  • Click on the Filter button to open the filters pane from the list view page.

  • Choose Events using the Filter leads by (+) search bar.

  • Operators available for Events are mentioned below. Choose an operator to filter.

  • Choose the Event from the list of events you have tracked.
  • You will now get a list of leads who performed the event. You can now save it as a view, bulk email or bulk update those leads.
