To help you get started with reports, Freshsales offers a few sample custom reports. These reports are available for leads, accounts as well as deals. You can edit these reports and include specific filter criteria of your choice. The following are the sample custom reports,

To view the reports,

Login to Freshsales.

Go to Reports and under Categories choose one of the following - Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Deals.

You’d find a list of reports created by you, shared with you along with the reports provided by default. (These default reports are created under the Account Admin’s name)
Lead Funnel report
This report can be used to view the status of leads in the last 30 days. The chart provides a funnel view of leads by their Lead Stage. The table specifies the number of leads under each Owner and Lead Stage.

Accounts by Owner
This report can be used to view accounts categorised by their owners. The chart provides a view of the number of accounts under each Owner. The table provides a list of all accounts and their details.

Pipeline Size by Owner
This report can be used to view the status of open deals in the last 30 days. The chart provides a view of open deals by their Deal Stage. The table specifies the total value of the pipeline under each Owner and Deal Stage.

Deal Funnel report
This report can be used to view the status of deals in the last 30 days. The chart provides a funnel view of deals by their Deal Stage. The table specifies the number of deals under each Owner and Deal Stage.
