Out of the 500 leads, only 440 leads were unique and the remaining 60 leads were duplicate entries. In the sales sequence, if “exclude duplicate leads from the campaign” option is checked, then duplicate entries will be skipped.
I created a sales sequence and 500 leads entered into the sequence but I can see that emails were sent only to 440 of them. What happened to the remaining 60 leads?
