Freshsales allows you to secure your account by allowing access to only trusted IPs. You can restrict your sales teams to access Freshsales from specific IP addresses. Once you enable Whitelist IP address in your portal, only the users from the IP addresses you specify can log into Freshsales
To request whitelisting of IP addresses, follow these steps:
Go to Admin Settings > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > IP Whitelisting .
Click button. This brings up a dialog box where you can fill in your request and raise a ticket.
The support team of Freshsales will get in touch with you to enable IP Whitelisting on your account.
Note: IP whitelist request will take 2 business days.
