Q: How many campaigns can I set in Freshsales?

A: The number of campaigns you can set depends on the plan chosen. Please refer the following table:

Q: How many steps can I set in a campaign?

A: Users can set a maximum of 25 Steps per sales campaign. 


Q: How many entry/exit conditions can I set for each step of the campaign?

A: Users can set a maximum of 8 conditions for each step of the campaign


Q:How long can a campaign run?

A:

Classic Campaign: The duration of a classic campaign is capped at 90 days. This means that campaign steps can be set only for a maximum of 90 days since the day of lead entry.

Smart Campaign: A smart campaign is based on regular intervals. The campaign will run on a lead until the lead exits the campaign. Hence, there is no restriction on how long a campaign will run.  


Q: What is the email quota for my sales campaign?

A: The number of emails you can send as a part of your campaigns depends on the plan chosen. Please refer the following table:
