IMPORTANT: Freshsales Classic is now moving to the Freshworks native email platform for better email deliverability and to protect the sender's reputation. For the vast majority of users, no action is required. However, for select accounts, an email notification will be sent and they will be requested to reverify their DNS records before June 2nd, 2024. This is to ensure that the email deliverability of these accounts remains unaffected. If you have received an email, please ensure that your DNS records are reverified before June 2nd, 2024. Failing to verify DNS records might result in your emails being blocked by spam filters.
The emails that you send to your prospects might have via freshsales.io appear in the from address when they receive it. If you want to hide this in your emails, it is highly recommended to add DKIM records to your domain. The addition of DKIM records helps deliver the emails properly and ensures that the email tracking feature on Freshsales works with better accuracy.
To add and verify your email domain in Freshsales,
Go to Admin Settings > Domain Verification > Click the Add domain button
In the ADD DOMAIN box that appears, type in your domain name, and click Add.
