How to change the language on the Freshsales mobile app?

Modified on: Wed, 24 Apr, 2019 at 2:27 PM

The Freshsales mobile app supports the following languages-

Dutch (Nederlands)

Polish (polski)

English

Portuguese (Português-Brasil)

French (Français)

Russian (русский)

German (deutsche)

Spanish (Español-mexico)

Italian (italiano)

You can change the language on your mobile app by going to   More >  Settings > Language.

What happens when a language is changed in the mobile app?

  1. If the language chosen is English.

  2. If the language chosen is German:

Note:

  • If the language chosen in the desktop app is supported by the mobile app, the first time when the update is rolled out, the mobile app language will be set to the language chosen on the web app.

  • If the language chosen in the web app is not supported by the mobile app, the mobile app language will default to English.

However, in both scenarios, users can still change the mobile app language from the default language to one of the other 8 languages.
