Voices notes allows users to record a conversation with a lead/contact and store it as a note for later reference.
How to start recording?
You can create voice notes on your mobile app in one of two ways:
By clicking the record icon on the contact/account/deal landing page:
By clicking the + icon
Saving the voice note:
Once the voice note starts recording you can tap the pause icon to pause the recording and tap the record button to resume the recording.
At the end of the conversation, pause the recording and click SAVE. You can also rename your voice note by clicking the 
icon. This allows you to save the voice note to a record.
