Every call that was made or answered by each sales rep can now be seen with the help of the phone activity reports.
Let’s see how to check the call cost using reports:
Login and click the reports tab.
Go to Phone Calls section.
Now, create your report (or edit an existing one).
After setting up the Filters & Grouping(if any), go to the Preview Data section.
At the top right corner of the table, you’ll see an Add field button.
Choose the Call cost field and hit Apply.
A new column with the call cost is added to the table.
8. Configure other details of the report and Save it.
You may also schedule this report and keep check on it on a weekly or monthly basis too.
