Once you exhaust your phone credits by purchasing numbers or making calls, an error message is shown.

If so, you need to recharge(add credits) before trying to purchase more numbers or make calls.


To add credits to your phone,

1. Login as an Account admin.

2. Go to Admin Settings > Account Settings > Plans & Billing.

3. Click 'Add credits' link present next to your credit balance.

4. On the overlay that appears, choose the amount you want to recharge with in the dropdown. (Min: $10 - Max: $1000)



5. To be on the safer side and ensure that you don't run out of credits unexpectedly, enable the 'auto recharge' checkbox.

6. Choose the threshold amount from 'When credit limit is below' dropdown to trigger the auto recharge. (Min: $10 - Max: $1000)

7. Set your auto recharge amount from the 'recharge' dropdown. (Min: $50 - Max:$1000).



8.  Click Confirm.

9.  An overlay asking you to fill in your payment details appears.

Note: Only while recharging for the first time you need to fill in all your details on the payment overlay. These details are saved once filled.


To edit your payment details,

1. Login as an Account admin.

2. Go to Admin Settings > Account Settings > Plans & Billing.

3. Click the dropdown present beside the 'Edit current plan' button. 


  

4. Click 'Edit payment details' option, change your details and hit Confirm.
