Customers might call you for a number of reasons. They might want a trial period extension, new features, infographics or simply have their calls returned. To help you engage, prioritize and manage calls better, Freshsales lets you create tasks soon after you listen to a call recording.

This is how you do it,

  1. Go to Conversations > Phone > All Phone Calls. If you’d like to add tasks to voicemails that you’ve received select Voicemail.
  2. Choose a call log and click the More icon. 
  3. Select Add Task and in the Add Task overlay, fill the fields.
  4. Hit Save.

You can also create tasks from phone conversations listed in the details page of the respective lead or contact.

Note: You can create tasks only for existing leads and contacts.
