Freshsales allows you to choose when and how you’d like to answer your calls - on the browser or via the mobile. This gives your sales reps the flexibility to take calls at ease - when they are away from the browser, they can take calls on their mobile and vice versa. 


To change your availability to answer calls,

  1. From the phone widget, click the Phone Availability button.
  2. Toggle the Available to take calls button to switch between available and unavailable.


Note: Freshsales by default forwards calls to your Work number. If you don’t have a Work phone number or if that number is incorrect, Freshsales forwards the calls to your Mobile number instead.  


To choose how you’d like to answer your calls,

  1. From the phone widget, click the Phone Availability button.
  2. Choose Attends Calls in Browser to answer calls on the browser.
  3. If you choose Attends Calls in Phone to answer calls on your mobile, you must provide your Work phone number under your Profile Settings.
