We raised a support ticket (#7780573) 23 days ago on the critical issue that we are unable to sync emails into the CRM for the vast majority of our users. This issue is preventing us from being able to fully go-live on FreshSales.
After much back and forth with your support team, we were told last week that the issue will be resolved, on or before the 2nd of November. This has now passed, with the issue unresolved, and no communication from Freshsales in the last 7 days.
We urgently require an update on this issue.
