Create a Service Request through API

the API for service requests is horrid here is the code I have:

this isn't working I keep getting:

Hi George,


First,my sincere apologies for the lack of response on this thread.. We've been setting some pretty high standards when it comes to in-ticket support but somehow miss the trick with the community forums.Having said that, I'm pretty confident that things would quickly overturn and the community would become a better place for our users.
