This happens if the new role created has been cloned from a restricted user role. As a best practice, clone a higher role like account admin and provide restricted access for all modules. However, grant access to manage workflows alone.
I created a role with access admin settings permissions along with restricted access for all modules. Users having this role are unable to perform the action ‘Send email to lead’ in workflows. The page keeps loading. How can this be resolve
